Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern every sale concluded on this website and every order placed with Expert Bureau, Agadir, Morocco (the "Seller"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), VAT included, excluding delivery costs which are stated before the order is confirmed. Photographs and renderings are not contractual: finishes, colours and dimensions may vary slightly from one production batch to another.

Most products are imported to order. The indicated lead time (usually 30 to 45 days) is given for information and starts when the order is confirmed and, for business orders, when the deposit is received.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are paid by cash on delivery or by bank transfer. The Seller may require a deposit for made-to-order or volume orders; the balance is due before delivery. An order is firm once it has been confirmed by the Seller.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available anywhere in Morocco. Delivery costs and lead times are shown in the cart. The customer, or a person they designate, must be present at delivery to receive the goods and sign the delivery note. Assembly on site is offered in Agadir and quoted elsewhere.

5. Receipt of goods and absence of after-sales warranty

The goods are checked with the customer at the time of delivery. Any visible defect, damage or missing item must be written on the delivery note at that moment; no claim is accepted afterwards.

Sales are final. Expert Bureau does not provide any commercial after-sales warranty or after-sales service: no return, exchange or refund is accepted once the delivery has been accepted. The rights granted to consumers by Moroccan law no. 31-08 remain applicable where they are mandatory.

6. Business customers and quotes

Quotes issued to companies and public bodies are valid for 30 days. Volume prices, payment schedule and delivery conditions are those stated on the signed quote, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

7. Personal data

The data collected when ordering is used only to process orders, deliveries and customer relations. It is never sold to third parties. Customers may ask for access, correction or deletion of their data by contacting us.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is submitted to the competent courts of Agadir.
